SAGE screening - (Jun/07/2005 )

Hi all,
Wondering if somebody could throw in some light on screening SAGE libraries using a short DNA sequence or protein sequence.

NCBI has SAGE library for humans. Is that the only place one can look for?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

drb

What do you mean by "screening SAGE library"? You can query the SAGE database by short tag sequence or long sequence.

Hi drb, please be more specific on what exactly "screening SAGE" do you refer to.
As for resource, aside from NCBI GEO database as you mentioned, there is a place called SAGEnet ( http://www.sagenet.org/ ), you might want to take a look.
