Band shift assay - (Jun/15/2001 )

Dear Sir/Madam,I am trying to perform a gel shift assay with digoxigenin labeled DNA. but I have obteined only a non clear result. Could someone send me a good protocol?Thank you in advance

Does the DIG label effect the band shift?You may have to run the samples on longer gels to see the shift you expect.If not, go back to the old school of 32P, works fine for me!
