can any plzzzzzzzzz tel me that whether any drug/s has been discovered using bioinformatics tools n whats the name of it n which company has done that.

There are many successful examples of drug design based on sequences or rational drug design. Just search Google using Rational drug design. this week there is a new paper coming out from Science presenting another example.
