Should I change newoverexpression systemn? - (Jun/01/2001 )

Hi: I think I need more help. I constructed the cDNA into pET11a. The sequence is ok. But the protein did not be detected by comassei blue stain. what should I try? Do you think If I change vector like pET28a ot pET29a will help? or I need change host cell I had try BL21(DE3), BL21(DE3)-RP, BL21(DE3)-RIL, did not work......... Ben-Tsu 000602

Go with pet29a...I've never had a problem with it yet
