Single cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay) - (May/24/2005 )

what is the most suitable horizontal gel electrophoresis tank to run my comet assay?? the slides that i ll use will be from trevigen. it is double chambered in a slide, for agarose gel coating. and i wish to run many samples at once to save my time...hope somebody could recommend me a better gel electrophoresis tank.

Hi, I would suggest using the same tank, but I would recommend putting lab tape on the base around where you would put the slide. This gives the slides a barrier to keep them from sliding.
