Store ligation reaction for repeat transformation? - (May/18/2005 )

Hi,
I have recently started cloning PCR products and have been having a few problems. One question I have that I can't find an answer to anywhere is whether a ligation reaction can be stored in the freezer and used again. If anyone out there can help I would be most appreciative.

i had stored the ligation product at 4 or -20℃, and successfully ligated.
