RNA isolation from a single cell - (Jan/16/2001 )

I´m looking for an rna single cell isolation protocoll!

Try looking up aRNA on medline. I just read a couple of papers that took RNA from single neurons(through a patch pipette)and amplified it with RT and adding a T7 sequence to the RT primeraRNA I guess means amplified RNA.
