methylobacterium: how to grow more - get more bacterial polime (Apr/29/2005 )

any information about bacteria pollime medium (without cellulose) are wellcome

i dont know how to get a large of polime from methylobacterium, about the medium propertise
if medium too rich of nutrious, there aren`t polime.
with poor medium bacteria grow slowly.
