I have an honours proposal project coming up soon & I'm interested in proposing a set of experiments that involve zero/microgravity. Does anyone have any experience/anecdotes/cunning suggestions regarding this sort of thing?Specifically, I'd be interested in what sort of techniques are feasible to perform in said low gravity environment. As this is something I have to propose rather than perform, cost and other such constraints are not an issue.At the moment I'm leaning toward cell culture work with Osteocyte cell lines, as bone mass alterations seem to be a major problem with extended stays in space.
