Dnase treatment - RT-PCR (Apr/28/2005 )

Has anyone used the following products from Ambion for removing contaminating DNA from mRNA samples before RT-PCR.
DNA-free™ or TURBO DNA-free™

I have used turbo DNA-free, works great and very user friendly.

I've used the Turbo Dna-free that Ambion sells. Very quick and efficient means of cleaning up multiple samples.

I've used DNA-free. It's great. U can treat up to 2ug RNA. And it's also suitable for use on the Lightcycler.
