I have just started on RNA extraction.
After I have re-dissolved my RNA in RNAse-free water, and heat it at 55-60 C for 10-15 minutes, can I store it in -70 C immediately afterwards?

Short answer... yes

Long answer... yes, but you should probably quantitate it first, as freeze-thaw cycles degrade RNA, so you want to minimise the number of times you have to take it out of the freezer.
