Questio on Southern blot, enzyme to be used? - (Apr/17/2005 )

Hi there,
I plan to design a southern blot to check my knockout mice. So, does anyone have a restriction enzyme list available for southern blot use?

all restriction enzymes can be used for southerns. You need to choose to appropriate one that can distinguish between your knockout and wild type.
