Good links for cDNA microarray and RT-qPCR - (Apr/12/2005 )

I have searched for good links for programming, interpreting the results and normalization techniques for cDNA microarray and RT-qPCR, but it seems like they are not that good. Do you have any good ones? It would help alot.

Also background for these technologies would be good.

For microarray in general, try DNA Microarray by Bowtell and Sambrook, Cold Spring Harbor Pub. I highly recommend this text book to all microarray lovers!
