Isolation of mouse hepatocytes using Percoll - Protocol for isolation of mouse hepatocytes (Apr/04/2005 )

does anyone has a protocol for isolation of mouse hepatocytes, using percoll? Which are the percoll conditions to centrifuge?

Thank you very much Chantal. The problem is that they do not refer the conditions for mouse hepatocytes.
