plasmid sequence - (Apr/04/2005 )

I am looking for plasmid sequence pww53. Is ther any database to retrieve plamsid sequence ?

I dont know any professional plasmid databases but I usually get the sequences either from NCBI or the manufacturers web site...

Hi! I agree with sigmarho. I usually get the vector sequences from the company homepage or from NCBI. When looking for old vectors which are not sold anymore and are not on the NCBI database I turn to Saint Google and do a search for the neame of the plasmid and the words sequence or map, and I've usually found it.
