RCF safe for mammalian cell - (Mar/29/2005 )

Hi all!

I would like to ask you guys what's the RCF safe to centrifuge mammalian cell? I've looked through different methods in the web and all recommend different RCF. I'm going to use a centrifuge with fixed RCF, which is 800 xg speed to collect my cells, but is it safe enough or gonna lyse the cel?

i use routinely 250g during 5' but if i want quicker, it's up to 850g for 2'.
