What does this mean- dewar? - (Mar/25/2005 )

For freezing cell i follow this protocol and it says:

"Transfer to liquid nitrogen dewar or -140C freezer for long-term storage."

What does dewar mean in this context?

"Dewar" is just a special name for container/bottle filled with liqiud nitrogen ("Dewar-bottle").
.
No other secret behind it as far as I know.
