Endocytic Pathway - Best method for studying Endocytic Pathway (Mar/25/2005 )

Dear friends, next project involves comparative study of Endocytic Pathway in human fibroblast cells at different freezes. Could some one suggest where can I get required BASICS .... (protocols,pathways,data,papers etc)
