urea sucrose loading dye - need recipe (Mar/20/2005 )

I am after a recipe for urea sucrose loading dye - or any dye that can be used in very small amounts for loading large sample volumes on a DNA gel...

can anyone help?

try this


60 % glycerol (the diluion is by TBE bufffer )
,009 gram bromophenol blue

mix them vey well as glycerol is heavy
this suiable for DNA SAMPLES , PCR products ,,,,,,,,
