AMOVA - (Mar/11/2005 )

Can anybody help me with a guide of Amova program? A have it from internet, but I can understant how to create the imputfiles... I need something with examples and so on ....

I am alos intereste in AMOVA. Recently we submit a paper with some molecular data and AMOVA was used to show the significance of some hypothesis tested.

I have not that by myself but I want to start using this as a tool. Can you help giving directions to get the program.
Maybe we can join efforts to solve each others problem.
