is there a website which shows which medium and serum is for a cell line? i have the problem looking for the right medium and serum.

I don't know of a website, but you can ask a) the supplier of your cell line; do a Google search for your cell line, or c) contact Invitrogen - they make Gibco cell culture medias and the Gibco catalog lists all kinds of medias and the cells that they're used for. Their tech service could probably help you, too.
