DNA purification kit for Microinjection - Anyone trying to purify fragements around 45 kb? (Mar/03/2005 )

I have looked into several kits that do the purification work for microinjection. But all of them have a limit on the size of the DNA ( less than 4kb). Unfortunately ours is way too huge, about 45 kb. The way we are doing right now, is phenol-choloform extraction. That makes me feel I am still living in the stone age. Any suggestion on any kit that can do the job? Thanks a lot.

HAve you ever tried Quiaex II, just run a gel and gel purify your DNA.
