Hi,guys:
I am working in suspension cell now, and I want to check it on confocal microscope,How can these cells attach to coverslips?

pretreat your coverslips with 0.1 mg/ml poly-L-lysine for 30 minutes, wash them with PBS and let them dry. Load your cells and let them attach (may take few hours). It worked for a friend of mine who worked with DT40 (suspension cells) and wanted to check them out in a fluorescence microscope.

A little word of caution there! Free poly amino acids are toxic to the cells. So, make sure to wash extensively ( say 5 times) after coating the coverslips.

good luck
