How to culture T cells - (Feb/11/2005 )

I want to culture CD4+ T cell from the spleen of EAE mice. But I have no experence with T cell. Pls help.SOS.

i don't know if i can help u but i culture T cell-line, r your cells are cell line or u take them directly from the spleen of the mice?
