can anyone suggest me for the best protocol for the production of monoclonal antibody ?

This is a loaded question. Making a monoclonal antibody isn't that simple. Do you know what sort of methodology you want to use, phage display, conventional hybridoma etc? Do you know how you want to immunize and with what? Do you have assays set up for titering? Do you have cloning experience?

dear sir,
i know only immunization, handling of animal and production of polyclonal antibody. i don't have any experiance for monoclonal antibody production. so i want to know that which protocol will be best.
