My viral vector (pBabe) must be linearize before transfection
- with CLONfectin?
- with electroporation

for electroporation, and transfection, there's no need to linearize your vector. Be sure adding a selection pressure (like antibiotic) two days after transfection in order to eliminate cells that don't have integrated your vectorin their genome.
