Alignment tool for amino acid sequence - (Jan/17/2005 )

Hi,

I am preparing a manuscript for publication, I want to find a good alignment and denotion tool to alignment the protein animo acid sequence. Are there some one here familar with some good tool?

Thank you, Dlaw! I have been using ClustalW, it is a powerful tool to alignment but not a powerful tool for publish. Thank you anyway!
