Anyone done much testing different dNTPs in a PCR reaction - effects of vendor, pH, sodium salt ect?

The dNTPs available commercially come from two manufacturers and are packaged under many labels. Historical literature sources mention effects of pH or salt depending upon template length and other factors. Family B thermal polymerases, such as Pfu, are sensitive to contaminating dUTP.
