Electrophoresis - negative bands - (Jan/11/2005 )

I have used an new 1st Ab e observed a negative band with ECL detection. Could anyone help me to solve this trouble?

Negative bands typically occur when your secondary antibody concentration is too high. Use a higher dilution and you should see a normal banding pattern.
