I cannot get my p53 Western blot working. I did every single step according to the standard protocol. And my P.I. also did a lot of p53 Western before. If one of the possibilities is that my p53 antibody gets bad, one of my antibodies pAb421 can still supershift p53 in the native gel. I am sincerely asking for your help.
