tracking 150kDa protein through tissue - molecule needed for tracking (Dec/13/2004 )

I want to assess the diffusion of proteins through muscle tissue. A 150kDa protein with a pI of about 6 should be monitored on its way through the tissue and its distribution should be assessed by cryosectioning. A pre-labelled protein would be useful or one that may be immunolabelled after fixation. I have no idea what I can use and hope some of you out there have a suggestion.

Check out Molecular Probes website (www.probes.com), they have a vast array of different probes for different purposes, which can be visualised by a range of techniques.
