why do we need to use DST or Mueller Hinton agar for antibiotic sensitivity testing?
is the composition of these agar affect the testing?

Yes! results are sensitive to pH, salt composition and many factors. Hence to be able to compare results, the media should be standardized.
But Why Mueller-Hinton in the first place? I have no idea.
