Is there someone who knows which sofware could predict the epitope (determinant ) of a provided protein?
and what characters  does it  depend on to work?

u cant gerate ur antibody just by using a software...but yes there are software that is available in market that can help u identify the possible epitope but may or maynot be true.

chekc ouot EMBOSS website...u can go from back that  is getting  protein sequence of intrest and heading backwards to get ur struture of the protein of interest
