hi friends
i work on erythropetin. i wanna know hw can we increase the cell count of CHO cell line. alos if any one can help with increasing glycosylation. please help me if u can

Did you mean that you want to get more cells in a volume? If so you can use a larger flask, BD Falcon produces a good range of cell culture ware. After harvesting you could resuspend your cells in a smaller volume that you currently are.
