I want to do a titre check for polyclonal serum containing antibodies or for Serum containing monoclonal antibodies.
which will be the best dilution buffer for serum ?Waiting for a response

I usually dilute sera that I am testing in blocking buffer

PBS works fine most of the time for serum. Depending a bit on the blocking buffer composition, that should work fine as well. As long as you retain neutral pH and proper osmolarity, you should be fine.
