Happy new year. I am new to the forum.

I pulled down my protein with GFP-TRAP and eluted with 200µl Glycine buffer pH 2.5 and neutralized with 20µl Tris buffer pH 7.5. After that i dialysed my sample with 50mM mmonium hydrogen carbonate and lyophilised. I saw a white precipitate in the tube. coule anyone tell be how to get rid of the salt..
1. should i redissolve in water and dialyse again.. mellow.gif

you can but are you sure that the residue is not your protein?
