b-actin in Tg mice - (Jan/05/2009 )

Hi all,
I wish to know whether transgenic mice do not express B-actin gene at all.So if i did a genotype for b-actin in a transgenic mice,whether there is a possibility of seeing it or not.

All transgenic mice express b-actin.

If you are looking for copy-number comparison, make sure of b-actin copy numbers before using it is a control. I use Il-2 primers for control reaction.
