Renaturing SDS Gel? - (Jan/05/2009 )

I have an antibody that does nt recognise denatured epitopes/ Antibody manufacturer has suggested to perform a renaturation step after performing SDS Page.
Kindly suggest any protocol or alternative way to see my protein.

you can renature the protein (most of the time) by equilibrating the gel in buffer containing triton x-100 (it may also work on the protein bound to a membrane).
