Is there a DNA structure expert out there? - (Jan/01/2009 )
I stumbled upon this website which talks about DNA structure being not double helical!
Quote from the website:
QUOTE
The following three experiments collectively cast grave doubt upon the double-helical structure for DNA. It would be difficult to imagine the mind which, after reading this, still maintains that the structure of DNA "requires no further investigation".
If somebody has time and expertise, can you investigate what are da claims here?

Well for the fun of it, i'll debunk the first one
Reaction to Robert Chambers' Experiment:
Is there any need to reseal the circular dsDNA ring? A nicked circular dsDNA ring is stable and easy isolated. It is not the phosphate backbone that keeps the DNA strands together it is the hydrophobicity of the bases and their stacking.
