qPCR delta delta CT calculation - (Dec/09/2008 )

Hi,

I'm checking the expression of 4 genes in 50 pairs of T and non-Tumor specimen wih GAPDH as my gene of reference. Is there an online software that can calculate the delta delta CT and the change in fold expression. Its quite a lot of wok to have to do it manually?

you can easily calculate this with microsoft excel, you don't need a special software for basic ddCt calculations.

you can prepare an excel sheet once and then you just copy/paste your exported Ct values.


BTW have you checked if gapdh expression changes between tumorous and normal tissue?
