microRNA in situ hybridization - label probe 5' or 3'? (Dec/03/2008 )
Hi, I am trying to get started doing in situ hybridization on FFPE tissues. I am going to go with LNA probes from exiqon, labeled with DIG. Is there any reason to go with a 5' label vs. a 3' label? I see both types in the literature.
thanks in advance!

thanks in advance!
Exiqon is now selling DOUBLE DIG probes to generate more sensitive assays, that would do it!
As for your question maybe you'd better ask their technical service.
