how to prepare phosphate buffer - 1M phospahate buffer (Nov/30/2008 )

hi everyone,

how to prepare 0.1M phosphate buffer pH 7.0 ? in 100mL

i only have potassium phosphate monobasic (KH2PO4) Mw= 136.07

and di-sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (Na2HPO4. 2H2O) Mw= 177.99

could we make it from both of them?
