Seletion marker - functional in the ER lumen (Nov/25/2008 )

Hello everyone,
Is there any selection marker, eg, drug resistance, metabolism genes.., that is functional in yeast ER lumen? I want to fuse it to a ER protein.

There is a big list here for ER markers, may be some of them are specific for yeast. You check! Let us know if you find something useful.
