Gene Expression level of apoptotic-related genes by qReal Time RT PCR - (Nov/24/2008 )
Hi. I am a new member in Bioforum.
I am currently doing the determination of the expression level of apoptotic-related genes by qReal Time RT PCR using LUX primer.
I induced my plant extracts to the cancer cells and trying to measure the gene expression.
However, I am facing problems now in discussion part..
Anyone have experience in measuring gene expression of apoptotic related genes using qReal Time RT PCT like me?
Would you mind to share experinces with me..
Thank You.

I am also fresh here. So I can only share some experience with you. Currently, I am also testing the apoptotic genes such as BIM and Bax. I found sometime these apoptotic genes varies a lot in my parallel and I am pretty sure that it's not mainly caused by pipetting errors. That's all my knowledge on it.
Good Luck
