help for the meaning - pSHY2::shy2 and pSHY2:SHY2 (Nov/20/2008 )

does anyone know the exact meaning of pSHY2::shy2 ?


pSHY2:SHY2 I know it means the constructs for the promoter of SHY2 to promote SHY2.

but what the contruct for pSHY2::shy2 mean? I know that shy2 is the mutants of SHY2.
