anybody has experience in alternative splicing? - (Nov/19/2008 )

Any body know any software that can recognize intron silencers in a sequence????
since all the softwares recognize exonic enhancers and silencers??? or how to find them??

I have never heard of intron silencers.

If I am not mistaken, an organism needs to silence genes, not introns. Do you have any reference to this term?

Oh, I just googled, and there is. Related to splicing events. Was that what you were referring to?
