How to revive bacteria that are shipped on dry ice - (Nov/12/2008 )

Hi,

I will be receiving a shipment of "growing" bacteria cultures in PBS that are shipped on dry ice. What are the general procedures for reviving such cultures?

What conditions do they need? for example, to grow up e. coli cultures, you could use LB (luria broth).
