How to make a growth curve of Raji cell - (Nov/10/2008 )

Hello everbody
I have some questions about the Raji cell. I cultured the raji cell for 2 week and I would like to make the growth curve of the cell line. My problem is I don't know about the exactly method to do the growth curve. So everybody please give me in detail or protocol please. In advance,Thank you so much
