question about UV melting experiments - asking for help with expt method (Oct/25/2004 )

I am going to do UV melting experiments to determine Tm of dsRNA. I am not sure how much materials I should use. Could anyone tell me what A260 value is appropriate (accurate) for UV melting experiments? Thanks!
