eukaryotic inducible vector with GFP-tag fusion? - (Nov/05/2008 )
beside the inducibility of gene expression in mammalia cell line cells, the vector should also produce a fusion to a fluorescent protein such as GFP... any suggestions?

Wouldn't it be simpler to produce the fusion protein yourself, and then find an inducible vector to put it into?

I have the opportunity to buy a kit, a one-step procedure is prefered
